Diablo Valley Carpet Care did a great job cleaning our large and valuable (but badly soiled) oriental carpet. The price was reasonable and turn around time wes good. Greg (the owner) is friendly and businesslike. He clearly knows the technology and processes used to clean handmade oriental carpets, and has a well-equipped and up to date shop. We will definitely use him again in the future for our other carpets.

In particular, I insist that the utmost of care be used to avoid damaging my furniture caused by the cleaning wand touching the legs or bottoms of my furniture or that the wand never touch my baseboards, causing damage to the paint or stain. Gregg always pays particular attention when he is in my home and I know I can rely on him to do a excellent job.
